Our Café is open Saturdays from 9am to 12pm during term times

All are welcome at Currie Community Centre volunteer run Café .

We serve a tasty selection of home baked cakes each week by Blackwood Bakes

Please see below for Café price list.

All proceeds made from the Café will go towards Currie Community Centre Friday club for the over 60s. A social group tackling isolation and loneliness.

**please note that only drink hot drinks purchased from the cafe can be drunk in the lounge when the cafe is open**

Children's Play Corner

We have created a children's play corner within the lounge area so you can sit and relax whilst your children have fun and socialise.

We respectfully ask that parents help our volunteers look after our Children's area by tidying up after your child/children have finished playing.

Wonky Coffee is the Community Centres coffee of choice.

Wonky Coffee believes exceptional speciality coffee can be enjoyed without costing the earth, and no surplus should ever end up as waste. They are challenging the stigma around specialty coffee in a bid to provide a truly sustainable brew with exceptional taste.

The Café is always in need of Volunteers

If you would like to volunteer with us please either speak to one of the Café volunteers or email info@curriecommunitycentre.org

Our Café now operates as a drop off point for Community For Food.

CFF are always in need of hygiene products and non-perishable food – tins and jars of vegetables, fruit, pulses, fish and meat and larder staples of pasta, rice, noodles, dried pulses, breakfast cereals, biscuits and sweet treats.

Recycle your Ink cartridges and household batteries

Why not drop off your used ink cartridges and household batteries to our recycling boxes within the lounge area, and then relax with a cup of tea or coffee.

Café take over!! Run your own Café for a Cause

Do you have a charitable cause you need to raise money for, why not take over our Café for a day or weekend to help fundraise. Email info@curriecommunitycentre.org for more information.
