Currie Community Centre has a number of rooms that are for use by the local surrounding communities.
Are you someone in the community who would like to set up a social group with friends? Maybe to practise a language or play a instrument, discuss history, books or films, learn a craft, play board games etc.

Who are Community rates for?:
Community rates are only offered to non profit charities, religious groups or organisations, and members of the community wanting to host social groups or events for friends and family.
Discounts available:
- 10% discount given for multiple room bookings
- 20% discount given if booking 4 or more hours on the same day
- 20% discount given if booking 3 or more dates
- **multiple discounts can not be applied together
Basis of Hourly Rates:
Hirers are charged from their time of entry into the centre to the time it is vacated. You must ensure that you allow sufficient time for setup as well as for clearing up and cleaning afterwards.
Deposit:
A security deposit of up to £100 against damage or the centre being left in an unacceptable state will be required for all bookings. This will be refundable after inspection to ensure that the conditions of hiring have been observed.
Funds raised:
Currie Community Centre is a non-profit Charity. All funds raised through the hire of rooms will be used for the upkeep of the Centre, community events or services, or to support other charities in the community.
